Celery & Crab Sticks with Mayonnaise

• 1 Celery (stem)
• 70 grams Imitation crab sticks
• 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Vinegar
• 1 dash Salt
• 1/3 tsp Black pepper
• 3 drops Soy sauce

1. String the celery, and cut diagonally into thin slices.
2. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Shred the imitation crab sticks and put in a bowl.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
5. Let it sit for a little while until the celery becomes soft and wilted.
6. Done.
