Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie

  1. Chill pie shell while preparing filling.
  2. Beat eggs until foamy.
  3. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake pie in 425F oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350F Bake about 45 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center, comes out clean.
  6. Cool before serving.
  7. Delicious served with whipped cream!
