Creamy Spinach Ravioli
- 1 pkg. (350 g) frozen cheese ravioli, uncooked
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese product and milk until blended.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions, garlic and Italian seasoning; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until softened.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water.
- Add cream cheese mixture to skillet, along with enough of the reserved water to reach desired sauce consistency.
- Cook, stirring constantly, on medium heat 2 min.
- or until sauce is heated through.
- Add spinach and pasta; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until spinach starts to wilt and pasta mixture is heated through.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
