Chicken & Cranberry Pizza
- 25 cm diameter Store-bought pizza crust
- 4 tbsp Store-bought pizza sauce
- 50 grams Chicken meat
- 3 heaping tablespoons Dried cranberries
- 1/4 Onion
- 3 Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Dried rosemary
- 1 Grated cheese (melting type)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Coat the chicken well with salt and pepper.
- Fry up Step 1 in a frying pan and let cool.
- If using pizza dough, bake about 70% done.
- Cut up the pizza toppings.
- Cut the chicken into easy-to-eat pieces.
- Cut the onions into cubes.
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Spread the pizza sauce on the pizza crust.
- Top with Step 4, the cranberries, and rosemary.
- Top with melting cheese and bake in an oven at 180C for 6-7 minutes.
- It's ready when the cheese has melted.
- The tart and salty flavor is wonderful!
