Grilled Shrimp With Basil and Prosciutto
- 1 lb raw shrimp
- 12 cup olive oil
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning (increased or decreased depending on heat desired)
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 14-13 lb prosciutto, sliced thin
- skewer
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and Old bay seasoning.
- Marinade shrimp in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Wrap each shrimp with a basil leaf and then with a small piece of prosciutto.
- Skewer each shrimp and grill.
- A fast and elegant appetizer!
