Italian Pot Pie

  1. In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in water, pepper, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in vegetables and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Spoon mixture into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Cut biscuits in half and place near outer edge of hot meat mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese in center. Brush biscuits with butter and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
