Cheese and Tomato Pizza Bread
- 1 whole Baguette
- 4 teaspoons Tomato Puree
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 teaspoons American Mustard (for American Style)
- 2 slices Ham/Pastrami (for American Style)
- 12 slices New York Pickle (hamburger Thickness)
- Preheat oven to 190 C.
- Place the whole baguette on a pan and place pan in the oven for approximately 5 minutes.
- Take bread out of oven and place it on a plate.
- Cut the loaf of bread in half down the center and then cut each half in half horizontally.
- Place a teaspoon of tomato puree on the cut side of all four slices of bread and spread to cover it.
- Place a half slice of Swiss cheese on each slice of bread.
- Squirt two lines of American mustard over cheese on each slice (about a teaspoon each).
- Place a half slice of either ham or pastrami on each slice.
- Place 3 slices of thinly sliced pickle on each slice of bread.
- Place pan back in the oven for around 8-10 minutes.
