Layered Enchilada Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Stir in next 4 ingredients.
  4. Place 3 tortillas in single layer on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with layers of half each of the meat mixture, sour cream and cheese.
  6. Repeat layers; cover.
  7. Bake 40 min.
  8. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted, uncovering after 30 min.
  9. Let stand 5 min.

lean ground beef, onion, chunky salsa, italian dressing, chili powder, flour tortillas, sour cream, cheese
