Tuna and Bocconcini Bruschetta
- 1 cup bocconcini, finely diced
- 1 (4 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 13 cup red pepper, grilled and finely diced
- 14 cup pitted black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 24 crackers (or toasts, etc.)
- In a bowl, combine cheese, tuna, red peppers, olives and pesto.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread mixture on crackers or toasts.
