Beans And Franks Recipe
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 pound frankfurters, cut in 1-inch chunks
- 2 (21 ounce.) cans pork and beans
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- Saute/fry onion in oil till tender; add in frankfurters and cook and stir till lightly browned.
- Stir in beans, catsup, brown sugar and mustard.
- Spoon into a 2-qt casserole.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 min or possibly till bubbly.
