Quiche Lorraine

  1. Brown pie shell 10 minutes after having pierced bottom with fork.
  2. Use hand mixer at low speed to blend eggs, milk, mayonnaise and flour.
  3. Dice cheese and mix in with fork.
  4. Cook bacon and drain on paper towels.
  5. Saute onion and mushrooms in bacon fat. Add cooked spinach, crumbled bacon, onion and mushrooms to quiche mixture.
  6. Mix with fork.
  7. Pour into shell.
  8. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes in 350u0b0 oven.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
