Oven Grilled Chicken
- 2 kilograms Chicken, Cut In Portions
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 2 Lemons, Juiced
- 1 cube Chicken Bouillon, Dissolved In 8 Ounces Boiling Water
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) and make sure it is set to the grill function.
- Place chicken in an oven tray and sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides.
- In a small bowl add mustard, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and mix very well.
- With a spoon, spread the all of the mustard sauce over chicken.
- Pour the hot water with the dissolved chicken bouillon cube into the oven tray.
- Do not pour the water over your chicken.
- Place the oven tray in the oven and grill for 10 minutes.
- Flip sides and grill for another 10 minutes.
- Flip again and grill until chicken is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Do not add wateronce cooled, the sauce will be thick.
- Serve with French fries, rice or mashed potatoes.
