Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich

  1. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over mushrooms in shallow dish.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove mushrooms from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Grill mushrooms 5 min.
  6. on each side or until tender.
  7. Place spinach and tomatoes on bottom halves of rolls; drizzle with remaining dressing.
  8. Cover with mushrooms and tops of rolls.
