Marshmallow Nut Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to
  2. 350u0b0
  3. and grease an 8-inch square cake pan. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler over hot, but not boiling
  4. water
  5. (lowest heat), stirring occasionally.
  6. Set aside to cool.
  7. Sift
  8. flour,
  9. salt
  10. and
  11. baking
  12. powder into a large bowl and
  13. set aside.
  14. Break eggs into another large bowl and beat until frothy.
  15. Beat in sugar a little at a time.
  16. Add the chocolate
  17. mixture,
  18. vanilla,
  19. nuts and marshmallows; stir well. Stir
  20. in
  21. the
  22. flour mixture and spread evenly into the pan.
  23. Bake 30 minutes.
  24. Let cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares and remove to a cake rack.
