Prosciutto and Pea Pasta Salad
- 2 cups pasta, cooked and cooled
- 6 slices prosciutto, fried until crisp, broken into long shreds
- 150g sugar snap or snow peas, blanched and cooled
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into finger lengths, blanched and cooled
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Caesar Dressing
- snow pea sprouts, for garnish
- Combine pasta with proscuitto, vegetables and dressing in a large bowl, toss gently till all ingredients are well coated.
- Garnish with snow pea sprouts.
- Chill before serving.
