Sunshine Chicken
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon, powdered
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 pounds chicken
- Combine liquid ingredients and spices in bag to create marinade.
- Mix well.
- Place chicken in bag and seal.
- Marinade in refrigerator 2 hours.
- Drain chicken and discard marinade.
- Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken as desired until fully cooked.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
