Robert'S Bread(Serves Large Group)

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Add sugar, salt and oil to yeast mixture.
  3. Let sit until frothy.
  4. Add flours, alternating whole wheat and white.
  5. (Use as little flour as possible for moister bread.)
  6. Knead dough 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Round off and place in large, greased bowl.
  8. Place damp cloth on top to keep from drying out.
  9. Set in warm place (80u0b0 to 90u0b0) for about 1 1/2 hours or until dough doubles.
  10. Divide into loaves and place free-standing on cookie sheet or in greased bread pans.
  11. Let stand 1/2 hour.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, according to size and color of loaves.
  13. Makes four larger loaves or eight small loaves.
