Jamaican-Style Pork Totchos

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, mix pineapple, mayo, lime zest and juice until blended; set aside.
  4. Toss meat and peppers with jerk seasoning in medium bowl; spoon into large skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Cook on medium heat 6 to 8 min.
  6. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add mangos; cook and stir 1 min.
  8. or until heated through.
  9. Spread TATER TOTS onto serving plate; top with pineapple mixture, then meat mixture.
