CERTO Dutch Apple Pie Jam

  1. Peel, core and finely chop apples; place in large saucepan.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except pectin; mix well.
  3. Bring to full rolling boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in pectin.
  7. Stir 5 min.
  8. to prevent ingredients from floating to top, skimming foam as necessary.
  9. Pour immediately into warm sterilized jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of rims.
  10. Seal while hot with sterilized two-piece lids with new centres.
  11. Let stand at room temperature until set.
