Izzy Incredible's Bud Light Platinum Battered Pork Chops
- 1 1/2 lb Thin Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 cup House Autry Chicken Breader Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Bud Light Platinum
- 3 cup Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- Rinse Pork Chops.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup House Autry Chicken Breader,eggs and Bud Light Platinum
- Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet to 375F (190 degrees C).
- Place remaining 1/2 cup flour in a small bowl.
- Coat Pork Chops in flour, then dip floured Chops into the batter.
- Fry a few at a time in hot oil, turning once, until coating is golden brown on both sides.
- Remove, and keep warm until serving.
