Izzy Incredible's Bud Light Platinum Battered Pork Chops

  1. Rinse Pork Chops.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup House Autry Chicken Breader,eggs and Bud Light Platinum
  3. Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet to 375F (190 degrees C).
  4. Place remaining 1/2 cup flour in a small bowl.
  5. Coat Pork Chops in flour, then dip floured Chops into the batter.
  6. Fry a few at a time in hot oil, turning once, until coating is golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove, and keep warm until serving.
