Turkey Salad Recipe Sandsquish

  1. Use a veal pounder or cleaver to briefly pound turkey into fairly even filet.
  2. Put turkey breast skin side down in a 2-quart casserole.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap, vented.
  4. Microwave with 350 watts to start cooking, 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Turn breast over.
  6. Microwave with 350 watts until thermometer registers 170 degrees, 7 to 9 minutes.
  7. Let stand on counter 10 minutes until temperature reaches 180.
  8. (Slice and serve if not making the salad.
  9. Cube if making the salad.)
  10. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, chutney, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
  11. Stir in turkey and blend well.
  12. Core and chop apple.
  13. Stir in apple and grapes.
  14. Top with sliced onions.
