Cheesy Spinach & Mushroom Chicken Bake
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine stuffing mix and water in medium bowl; set aside.
- Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Set aside.
- Mix cream cheese and spinach in medium bowl.
- Gradually add broth, stirring until well blended after each addition; spoon evenly over chicken.
- Top with the mushrooms and cheese; cover with stuffing.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
