Wisconsin Wings
- 3/4 cups Crushed Cracker Crumbs (Ritz)
- 13 cups Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 18 teaspoons Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 2 pounds Chicken Wings, Split And Tips Removed
- 13 cups Dijon Mustard

- Combine the cracker crumbs, cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.

- Using a pastry brush, spread a coat of mustard on the chicken pieces and then roll in the crumb mixture until fully coated.
- 3.
- Lay chicken pieces on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
