Fruit Salsa
- 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 papaya, peeled and chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Mix all chopped evenly in size fruit together.
- Add pepper, cilantro, and lime juice to fruit.
- toss well.
- Cover and place in fridge, one to two hours.
- Store covered in fridge up to one week.
