Salmon In Szechuan Peppercorn Salt Rub

  1. FOR THE SZECHUAN PEPPER SALT PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
  2. MARINATE SALMON
  3. coat salmon with the rubs for 30 minute and refrigerate it
  4. BAKE IT
  5. oil the aluminium foil and then put the salmon fish head or fillet with its skin up and broil for 20 minutes
  6. turn over and broil again for another 15 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the salmon
