Salmon In Szechuan Peppercorn Salt Rub
- 1 salmon head or fillet or any fish
- 1 tbsp fine chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion pepper
- 5 tbsp LG SZECHUAN PEPPERCORN SALT
- FOR THE SZECHUAN PEPPER SALT PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
- MARINATE SALMON
- coat salmon with the rubs for 30 minute and refrigerate it
- BAKE IT
- oil the aluminium foil and then put the salmon fish head or fillet with its skin up and broil for 20 minutes
- turn over and broil again for another 15 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the salmon
