Meatless ChiliA Chili to Satisfy Most Vegetarians.

  1. Combine the onions, garlic, and oil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stirring constantly, cook until the onion turns translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, water, lemon juice, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Stirring occasionally, cook for 20 minutes; add salt to taste before serving.
