French Toast Casserole

  1. Grease a deep 13x9 pan.
  2. Place 1/2 the bread in the bottom of the pan and top with chopped apple.
  3. Beat Cream cheese, sugars, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla.
  4. Stir in toffee bits.
  5. Spread over apples.
  6. Top with remaining bread cubes.
  7. Beat eggs, remaining milk and vanilla.
  8. Pour over bread cubes, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Remove from over 30 minutes before baking.
  10. Bake uncovered 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
