Low-Fat Potatoes Romanoff

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Mash with butter, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Turn mixture into buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
