Asian-Style Cole Slaw

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.)
  4. Combine vinegar, mustard and ginger in small bowl; stir until mustard and ginger dissolve.
  5. Gradually mix in both oils and soy sauce.
  6. Pour dressing over salad; toss to blend.
  7. Season to taste with salt.
