Brule Ice Cream Recipe

  1. Put lowfat milk in double boiler.
  2. Soak gelatin in water and add in to lowfat milk.
  3. Add in 1 c. sugar and beaten egg yolks.
  4. Put in a warm skillet 2 c. sugar to heat.
  5. Add in to custard, stirring constantly.
  6. When cold, add in the beaten egg whites, cream and vanilla and freeze.
  7. Makes 1 gallon.
