Italian Spaghetti Casserole
- 6 oz. angel hair spaghetti, cooked and drained as per pkg. directions
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms (8 oz.)
- 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella
- Place cooked and drained spaghetti in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour the 15 ounce can of tomato sauce over spaghetti.
- Brown ground beef and onion with oregano.
- Drain and sprinkle over spaghetti and tomato sauce.
- Layer mushrooms, pepperoni and olives. Pour 8 ounce can of tomato sauce over all.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 350u0b0 until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
