Spicy Spam /Sambal Luncheon Meat

• 1 can spam / luncheon meat
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 small onion
• 2 tsp lime juice or kalamansi juice
• 2 tbsp spicy sauce / sambal sauce or sambal oelek

1. FOR THE SPICY SAUCE ( SAMBAL SAUCE PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENT BELOW , OR YOU CAN USE ANY STORE BOUGHT SPICY SAUCE OR SAMBAL OELEK
2. Slice up black pepper flavour spam or any spam into cube then with 2 tbso of oil pan fried till its lightly crispy and brown
3. Add 2 tbsp of spicy sauce with light soy sauce ,brown sugar and 1 kalamansi juice or half lime juice and then stir fry with the cooked spam for 2 minutes
4. Add dice onion and mix well then off heat and serve
