Bar B Que Bean Pot Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound pork roast
- 3 cans med. size pork & beans
- Buttered bread crumbs (approx. 1 1/2 c.)
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- Mustard to taste
- Dash of warm sauce to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Ketchup to taste
- Roast pork roast (plain).
- Cold.
- Cut into lean pcs (throw away fat).
- Mix with mustard, warm sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add in beans, mix well.
- Put in heavy casserole (bean pot).
- Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
- Dot with ketchup.
- Cook for several hrs (the longer the better) at 275 to 300 degrees.
- 6 servings.
