Cabbage Comfort Casserole
- 1 medium cabbage
- 2 cooked potatoes, and cut into quarters
- 2 (10 ounce) cansof healthy low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
- 1 (1 lb) package turkey kielbasa
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- Microwave potatoes for about 6 minutes, quartered and set aside.
- Roughly chop cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add soup and mix thoroughly/ Add cheese sliced and mix.
- Make large slices of Kielbasa and fold into mix.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Pour ingredients into an 11x13 baking dish top with potatoes.
- In a small bowl mix bread crumbs, margarine with a fork-top casserole.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
