Bruschetta
- 1 loaf sour dough bread stick
- 200 grams grams Sliced Pancetta
- 12 unit Quail eggs
- 1 box Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Goats cheese
- 1 unit Balsamic glaze
- 1 bunch Your favourite micro herbs
- 20 ml Ertra virgin olive oil
- Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.
- In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking
- whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes
- When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.
- place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese
- Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate
- add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
