Gazpacho Beef Roll

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Open up steak on clean cutting board so steak lies flat.
  3. Remove 1/3 cup of the steak sauce; set aside for later use.
  4. Spread remaining steak sauce onto steak; top evenly with the cheese and vegetables.
  5. Roll up steak from one of the short ends; tie with kitchen string to secure.
  6. Grill 30 to 40 min.
  7. or until steak is cooked to medium doneness (160F), turning frequently and brushing with the reserved steak sauce for the last 10 min.
  8. of the grilling time.
  9. Cover loosely with foil.
  10. Let stand 5 to 10 min.
  11. before cutting into slices to serve.
  12. Remove and discard string.
