Easy Alfredo Parmesan Chicken Primavera
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated fettuccine, uncooked
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1-1/2 cups CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables in water in large covered skillet on medium heat 8 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in chicken and sauce; cook, uncovered, 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add chicken mixture; mix lightly.
- Top with cheese.
