Apple And Herb Stuffing(Servings: 4)

  1. In large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
  2. Add water and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except rich turkey gravy; add bouillon mixture.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting.
  5. Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
  6. Serve with rich turkey gravy, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
  8. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
