Easy, Breezy Baked Chicken Nuggets

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour and cheese in a large plastic bag.
  4. Pour buttermilk into a shallow bowl.
  5. Add chicken pieces one at a time to the flour/cheese mixture and shake until coated.
  6. Dip each piece of coated chicken into the buttermilk, covering thoroughly, letting extra buttermilk drain off.
  7. Place each chicken piece, one at a time, into the cornflake bag and shake to coat.
  8. Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet.
  9. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until done.
