Fruit and Nut Festive Bars

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Add flour and baking soda; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  4. Heat oven to 325F.
  5. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  6. Spray with cooking spray.
  7. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 15x11-inch rectangle; press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of prepared pan.
  8. Prick bottom of crust in several places with fork.
  9. Bake 10 min.
  10. Mix sweetened condensed milk and eggs until blended; pour into crust.
  11. Top with remaining ingredients.
  12. Bake 20 min.
  13. or until center is almost set.
  14. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  15. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
