Halibut Baked in Sour Cream
- 2 lbs halibut fillets
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
- 4 tablespoons chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons chopped green peppers (or red or yellow)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
- Salt and pepper the fish and lay it in a buttered baking pan.
