Nutritious Smoothie with Kuromame, Banana, and Kinako

  1. Add the soy milk and the banana to a blender.
  2. Add the yogurt, sesame and kinako, then the sweetened soy beans.
  3. Press start on the blender.
  4. Turn off after 5 seconds, and it's done!
