Nutritious Smoothie with Kuromame, Banana, and Kinako
- 1 Banana
- 100 ml Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Kinako, sesame seeds (optional)
- 100 ml Sweetened kuromame (optional)
- 300 ml Soy milk
- Add the soy milk and the banana to a blender.
- Add the yogurt, sesame and kinako, then the sweetened soy beans.
- Press start on the blender.
- Turn off after 5 seconds, and it's done!
