Teriyaki Baked Fried Chicken
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 4 oz. butter
- Ken's Steak House Honey Teriyaki Sauce
- Progresso Bread Crumbs Parmesan Flavor
- Poke holes in chicken with a fork.
- Cover chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 day.
- Melt butter in 8x8-inch pan in which chicken is to be baked.
- Put bread crumbs on a plate.
- Dip chicken in butter and coat with bread crumbs.
- Replace chicken into buttered pan.
- Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes at 350F.
