Teriyaki Baked Fried Chicken

  1. Poke holes in chicken with a fork.
  2. Cover chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 day.
  3. Melt butter in 8x8-inch pan in which chicken is to be baked.
  4. Put bread crumbs on a plate.
  5. Dip chicken in butter and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Replace chicken into buttered pan.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes at 350F.
