Deluxe Holiday Eggnog
- 8 eggs, separated
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup Captain Morgan's spiced rum
- 12 cup blended whiskey
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 quart lewes dairy eggnog
- nutmeg
- cardamom (optional)
- Beat egg yolks until very light in blender.
- Add sugar, rum and whiskey.
- Blend slowly.
- Reserve.
- With electric mixer, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- In another bowl, whip cream until fluffy.
- Put all ingredients in the punchbowl, one by one.
- Gently fold until all are blended.
- Taste and make adjustments as needed.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and cardomon.
- ENJOY!
- Note: This keeps well.
