Deluxe Holiday Eggnog

  1. Beat egg yolks until very light in blender.
  2. Add sugar, rum and whiskey.
  3. Blend slowly.
  4. Reserve.
  5. With electric mixer, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  6. In another bowl, whip cream until fluffy.
  7. Put all ingredients in the punchbowl, one by one.
  8. Gently fold until all are blended.
  9. Taste and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cardomon.
  11. ENJOY!
  12. Note: This keeps well.
