Country Tacos

  1. Drain crab meat and shred.
  2. Add cheese, mayonnaise, salt and garlic powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Split muffins in half and spread mix on each side.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and put in refrigerator or freezer to firm up.
  6. Take out and cut each half into 6 or 8 pieces (pie shape).
  7. Stack with wax paper between layers.
  8. To serve, heat in toaster oven or broiler 5 or 10 minutes or brown or bubbly hot. Good and makes a lot.
