Nameday Marine Tomato Soup

  1. Marinade the shrimp and crayfish in olive oil and herbs for 8 hours, preferably overnight in a fridge.
  2. Fry the shrimp and crayfish on low setting on butter until the shrimps get those red stripes from heat.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Heat up the tomato juice, adding 2 cups of warm water.
  5. When it starts simmering, add crayfish and shrimp with the oil and butter it was fried on.
  6. Mix until the soup tastes enough like seafood.
