Kahlua Cheesecake

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
  2. Press firmly into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake at 325F for 5 minutes; cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy.
  5. Add 3/4 cup sugar gradually, mixing well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup cocoa.
  7. Add eggs, one at a time.
  8. Stir in next 3 ingredients; pour mixture into pan on top of crust.
  9. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes (will be soft).
  10. Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; spread over top of cheesecake.
  11. Bake at 425F for 5-7 minutes.
  12. Cool to room temperature and chill 8 hours or overnight.
