Poppy Seed-Fruit Salad(Low-Fat)

  1. Combine cornstarch and apple juice in a small saucepan, stirring well.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour mixture into a small bowl.
  5. Add dressing, oil and poppy seed; stir well.
  6. Let cool completely.
