Bourbon Street Bacon

  1. Dip bacon one piece at a time into bourbon.
  2. Let sit on counter for 5 min.
  3. Pre heat oven 350. line a cookie sheet with parchment.
  4. mix all dry ingredients into brown sugar and mix.
  5. remove bacon from bourbon and lightly part them dry with a paper towel.
  6. Dip into brown sugar mixture one piece at a time carefully coating each piece.
  7. lay strips on the parchment then cover with another parchment paper and another cookie sheet
  8. place in oven for 25 to 35 minutes checking often.
