Light Consomme Sausage Yakisoba

  1. Cut the sausages and cabbage.
  2. Finely shred the carrot using a slicer or mandolin.
  3. Stir fry sausages with vegetable oil and add carrot and cabbage into pan.
  4. Add noodles and sake, and continue frying.
  5. Season with consomme granules and pepper.
  6. Done!
